Sourced from the heart of Cerrado Mineiro, these beans are cultivated with care and intention, at altitudes where quality is elevated and every harvest is treated as an amanah.

Through a natural processing method, the beans dry slowly under the sun, allowing their sweetness to develop gently. The result is a soft, balanced cup with notes of cacao, nuts and a subtle mocha sweetness.
